You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, in original condition, and free from damage
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
You have received a Return Authorization from our support team
Note:
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted
Items used outdoors or showing wear may not qualify for a refund
We cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
Custom-built scooters or items marked βFinal Saleβ
Any product returned without prior approval
Products returned without original packaging and accessories
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
