You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and free from damage

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

  • You have received a Return Authorization from our support team

Note:

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted

  • Items used outdoors or showing wear may not qualify for a refund


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

  • Custom-built scooters or items marked β€œFinal Sale”

  • Any product returned without prior approval

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories
