1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags, manuals, and accessories included.

• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• All components (e.g., game cases, instruction manuals, accessories) must be included and undamaged.

Items that show signs of use, damage not present upon receipt, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund or may be subject to denial.

Opryza LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a pre-paid label for eligible returns.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
