Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high shipping volumes.

Domestic Shipping Only 

At this time, Opryza LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages 

Opryza LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
